A deposit of 50% is requested to confirm a reservation. 
The remaining 50% is due upon check-in. 
In the event of a cancellation, deposits will be returned provided we are notified at least 14 days before
the scheduled arrival date, less a $25. processing fee.  If less than 14 days, deposit may be used toward
another visit within 6 months provided we can rebook the cancelled reservation.
